Position Accountabilities Perform the cleaning function using the following processes: Chemical Cleaning Clean individual engine components as required by the specific procedure given in the engine manual and/or the Standard Practices Manual Changing and adding of chemicals as required Abrasive Blasting Masking of components prior to blasting with the applicable media Blast removal of coatings as required by engineering instructions and/or engine overhaul manual Glass bead peening to remove contaminants and improve surface finish of components General maintenance of blast equipment Aqueous Degreasing Operation of wash unit as well as safe handling of components and chemical during operations General, light maintenance of all aqueous cleaning equipment Adding and changing of chemicals as required Heat Tinting Operation of bake oven to determine coating acceptability of blades Heating of blades as- LocationSlemon Park, PE
