We are a National installation company looking for independent contractors to join our network with the following competencies: Gas Technicians who have experience with Appliance Installations. The job will comprise of visiting customers at their homes and installing various products. Work is paid on a per-job basis at piecework rates. QuickContractors.com Inc. is a process management company facilitating residential and commercial services with our recognized retail partners across Canada. Must have a Gas ticket to operate in Ontario and experience with residential installation work. The job will require phone calls with the customer to pre-qualify them before the scheduled installation date to ensure that both parties are adequately prepared for the service. Technicians are to arrive promptly at the job site and execute the scope of work for the installation service on site. Some jobs may require additional payment with the customer in the home using the approved collection tools. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and excellent customer service. Candidates must have a good grasp of technology to use mobile applications for work orders. *Successful Candidates will have the following:* - Current Driver's License - A vehicle and tools to get to and from the job sites and pick-up locations - Organization skills and punctuality - Problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Smartphone with data - Ability to estimate labour and material costs and provide quotations for work outside of the standard scope. - Must pass a background check - Must be mechanically inclined and have safety shoes - Must have experience with our Core Services & Installs below *Core Services & Installs* * New Gas line installations * Gas Appliances & BBQ with gas lines * Dishwasher Installations * Over the Range Microwave Installations * Range hood Installations (Re-circulating, Canopy, Island, Chimney) * Fridge Waterline Connections * Wall Ovens * Cooktop Installations * Washer & Dryer Connections * Water Heaters Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour Additional pay: * Commission pay Application question(s): * Do you sub-contract and have your own tools and work vehicle?
