*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and to work well with other people in a team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone with a little bit of skills and experience in construction/renovations and/or handyman work. As this may be an entry level job, there is opportunity for growth and learning skills to create a career path with the company. *Responsibilities* - Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. - Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. - Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. - Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. - Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety protocols at all times. - Assist with loading and unloading materials from vehicles or storage areas. - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job. - Potential management/supervision of a helper - Potential of being given tasks to complete by yourself - Operating machinery and power tools - Potentially driving a work truck/van to job sites *Requirements* - Previous experience in construction/handyman work (example: plastering, painting, framing, drywall, flooring, general maintenance). \*\* - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. - Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. - Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. - Flexibility with working hours, including potential overtime when necessary. - Drivers license is required with a clean driving record \*\* This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic environment while contributing positively to our team?s success.
