The duties of this role include overseeing day-to-day operations at the Restaurant, Mark and Lounge to ensure exceptional guest service at all times. Responsibilities involve promptly and professionally addressing any escalated guest concerns, recruiting and onboarding new staff, and overseeing their training process. The role also requires coaching and motivating the Fathom team to achieve success, completing scheduling and payroll accurately and in a timely manner, and assisting with budget preparation. Collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator to organize menu design is essential, as well as ensuring that health and safety procedures for both staff and guests are strictly followed. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager as needed. *Required Qualifications:* The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in an upscale restaurant setting, demonstrating strong hands-on leadership and coaching skills. They should be confident in making decisions under pressure and possess effective delegation abilities. A solid knowledge of local and imported wines is essential, along with polished verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required, as well as valid Serving It Right and Food Safe certifications.
