<p><strong>Full-Time Position as Civil Engineer</strong></p><p>We are currently seeking a candidate with over five (5) years of experience as a Programmer Analyst in the Manufacturing/Processing industry.</p><p><strong>Field of Study Required:</strong> Undergraduate University Degree</p><p><strong>Operating Territory:</strong> Capitale-Nationale, QC</p><p><strong>Specific City(ies) / Sub-region(s):</strong> Quebec</p><p><strong>Number of Hours per Week:</strong> 40 hours<br><strong>Remote Work:</strong> In-person only</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $65,000 - $100,000 per year</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Collective insurance</li><li>Group RRSP</li><li>Flexible hours</li><li>Workplace safety</li><li>Remote work</li><li>Annual bonus</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Employee assistance program</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Analyze user needs and functional/non-functional specifications</strong></li><li><strong>Design, develop, and configure applications, primarily ERP, using technologies such as AS400 RPG, .NET, C#, and Delphi</strong></li><li><strong>Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment strategies for application solutions</strong></li><li><strong>Maintain existing systems and make modifications based on operational needs</strong></li><li><strong>Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and tools</strong></li><li><strong>Analyze the company's information system needs</strong></li><li><strong>Design and develop tailored software solutions</strong></li><li><strong>Manage IT projects from conception to implementation</strong></li><li><strong>Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements</strong></li><li><strong>Conduct system testing and evaluations</strong></li><li><strong>Train end-users on new systems and applications</strong></li><li><strong>Ensure maintenance and optimization of existing systems</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Additional Notes:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Full payment after the probation period</strong></li><li><strong>Full-time onsite presence will be required initially, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work mode after the introduction period and once established in the role.</strong></li><li><strong>Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum of 5 years experience in .NET development, C#, and SQL databases.</strong></li><li><strong>Proficiency in Agile methodology.</strong></li><li><strong>Bilingualism (asset): ability to participate in meetings in English.</strong></li><li><strong>Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, curious, and good logic.</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent team spirit and attention to documentation.</strong></li><li><strong>Experience in ERP support is an asset.</strong></li><li><strong>AS400 RPG experience is an asset.</strong></li><li><strong>Significant experience in system analysis and IT project management.</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</strong></li><li><strong>Mastery of software development methodologies.</strong></li><li><strong>In-depth knowledge of current IT technologies and trends.</strong></li></ul>
