We are looking for a qualified Sales Representative to join our sales team to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationship with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company?s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets. *Responsibilities: * · Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements · Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations · Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams · Process orders and invoicing · Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and contact 3PL to arrange shipping schedules if necessary · Maintain and update sales and customer records · Communicate important feedback from customers internally · Check data accuracy in orders and invoices *Qualification:* · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels · Understanding of sales performance metrics · Excellent organizational and multitasking skills · Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular) · Previous retail or food industry experience is an asset · Fluent in Korean Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Discounted or free food * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Concord, ON L4K 2A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: * Secondary School (required) Work Location: In person- LocationConcord, ON
