Sales Representative at Home Care Supply Store Home Care Supply is a leading home renovations supply store that provides high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and have a positive shopping experience. We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in our Barrie, Ontario location and contribute to our growth and success. Responsibilities: * - Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries and product selection * - Provide expert advice on our products and services * - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business * - Process special orders and transfers, and follow up with customers when their orders arrive * - Conduct inventory counts and order products to ensure adequate stock levels * - Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals * - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments * - Collaborate with team members to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers * - Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: * - High school diploma or equivalent * - Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail * - Knowledge of home renovations products and trends preferred * - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills * - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office * - Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed * - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
