The company is currently ranked 41st among the largest companies in Quebec.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Rental Coordinator. Are you an expert in sales? Proactive, with innovative sales-marketing ideas? We have the opportunity waiting for you!</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property manager</li><li>Ensure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and clean</li><li>Follow up on move-ins and move-outs</li><li>Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental</li><li>Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem</li><li>Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary</li><li>Perform all administrative tasks requested by the building manager</li><li>Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval</li><li>Provide rental reports or other report requested by the building manager</li><li>Receive potential customers</li><li>Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms</li><li>Respond to customer service requests</li><li>Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)</li></ul><div>Administration</div><ul><li> Provide a high level of customer service</li><li>Perform other related duties</li><li>Support the general manager in his duties</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Minimum experience in a sales or rental position in the real estate field</li><li>High availability, evenings and weekends</li><li>Bilingualism is an asset</li><li>Good knowledge of the Montreal market and surrounding region</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Cellular provided</li><li>Possibility of advancement</li><li>Floating days off</li><li>Social leave</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Schedule adapted to your needs and operations (flexible)</li><li>Welcome and integration Program</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationMontréal, QC
