*Job Summary*
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
*Duties*
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process transactions efficiently
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
*Skills*
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and provide suitable solutions
- Familiarity with data entry and software like MS Excel
- Experience in sales or upselling is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
Flexible language requirement:
* French not required
Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Whitby, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
