Each member of our team is valued and respected for their unique contributions. *RESPONSIBILITIES* * Assist and educate customers about skincare and beauty to find solutions to their skin concerns. * Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered. * Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations * Maintaining personal and productivity goals * Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs * Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer?s needs * Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends * Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates. * Assist customers with card and cash transactions. * Help with store set up. * May include other responsibilities. *QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES* * Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience. * Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision. * Flexible availability ? including weekends, and holidays. * Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.). * A strong interest in skincare and beauty products is preferred. The projected start date for this position will be end of October to early November.
