Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Private company, corporation or industry. Tasks: Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware. Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches. Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle. Usability testing. Area of work experience: Information technology (IT) service delivery.
