*Job description* Printhub.ink is the fastest growing print production company within the 401 corridor between Ottawa and Toronto. We are looking to add to our team a *Bookkeeper* that understands there is a team that supports and works to achieve the best quality of work and output. *What we are looking for:* · College diploma in Accounting, Business or other relevant discipline · 5+ year of AP/AR experience and proficient in Sage 50 & QuickBooks online accounting software · Sound knowledge of Excel · Must be a continuous learner, capable of thriving in changing, fast-paced environment · Capacity to multi-task and tackle multiple priorities · Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail are essential · Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in English · Experience in a professional office · MUST be honest and trustworthy. *Duties & Responsibilities:* * Completing day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties * Payroll Administration * Processing and entering invoices * Monitoring, following-up and updating accounts regarding payment * Reconciling accounts and preparing reports * Posting journal entries and assisting with month-end procedures * Maintaining filing systems * Additional support for Accounting & Finance team as required *Language:* English (Required) *Schedule: *8 hour shift Monday to Friday *Compensation is based on experience* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Peterborough, ON K9J 5R1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: * DCS / DEC (required) Experience: * QuickBooks: 2 years (required) * Bookkeeping: 5 years (required) Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person- LocationPeterborough, ON
