In this role, you will be responsible for driving results with a highly effective sales team by, planning, organizing, coaching, developing, and empowering the team to succeed.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategy for Outside Sales TeamManage, lead and coach the Sales TeamMotivate team to drive sales in a professional consultative wayBuild, Plan and Review sales budgets and go to market strategies.Meet with customers & developers to assist team sales goalsDevelop and implement new sales initiatives and programs to capture key customer demographicsAnalyzing sales and customer data to drive sound business decisionsUsing our CRM and analytic tools to create open visibilityQualifications:A minimum of 5+ years experience in Industrial Sales4+ years in leadership sales positionCSP Designation would be an assetMust have a proven vision for sales development and able to identify gaps and coach sales teamExcellent Negotiation SkillsStrong decision-making abilitiesAble to travel up to two weeks per monthComputer Skills in Microsoft office & familiarity with CRM software Microsoft DynamicsBusiness Degree or Diploma would be an assetWe are offering a full-time, permanent position in one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, with a proven team, and a competitive compensation package:Competitive pay scale, with annual bonusCompany car or car allowance is available Flexible health, drug and dental planMatching contribution retirement savings planAdditional life and disability insurance optionsAccess to a confidential Employee Family Assistance Program (EAP)Enhanced vacation entitlement schedulePhysical fitness reimbursement programYears of service awards programSource Atlantic is an equal opportunity employer.
