Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies. Arrange training for staff. Conduct performance reviews. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Organize and maintain inventory. Establish work schedules and procedures. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for persons with disabilities: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities . Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
