Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Graphic design firm. Tasks: Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians. Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations. Adapt existing illustrations. Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs. Work in a multidisciplinary environment. Co-ordinate sub-contracting. Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication. Usability testing. Process files and paperwork. Computer and technology knowledge: Adobe Illustrator. HTML. JavaScript. Own tools/equipment: Computer. Printer. Personal suitability: Client focus. Team player.
