Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Train or arrange for training. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Repair and maintain equipment. Repair or replace defective machinery parts. Oversee apprenticeship training.
