Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Train workers in duties and policies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
