Kennedy Ford, a family-owned and operated dealership in Oakville, ON. is looking for an experienced individual to maintain our social media presence, help manage our website, manage marketing campaigns, and assist management with administrative tasks when required.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a strong foundation in graphic design specifically when it comes to content and media creation for marketing purposes. The ideal candidate would also have knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices, ideally would be comfortable being in front of the camera themselves and be an ambassador of our brand in videos.
The majority of this position will be creating content such as graphic advertisements, videos, and vehicle photography to use on our social media accounts, keeping our website up to date and managing website vehicle listings, including creating and posting new vehicles to the website, as well as support the launch of marketing campaigns by participating in marketing meetings and creating various graphic assets.
*Requirements:*
* Have knowledge in the Automotive Industry such as terminology, best practices, marketing strategies etc. *Automotive experience is highly preferred.*
* Have extensive experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) AND/OR Figma Design Software.
* Have exceptional spelling and grammar skills for copywriting.
* Have a solid and up-to-date understanding of managing social media platforms for businesses and marketing them (Ex. Meta Business Suite).
* Website best practices or knowledge of WordPress is an asset.
*Responsibilities*:
* Ideating, creating, and posting content daily onto our social media accounts; Staying updated on Ford news, sale events, social media trends, and holidays.
* Creating and managing monthly marketing campaigns and promotions including creation of graphic assets, promotional videos, and website vehicle updates (overlays, adding price adjustments, effectively advertising specials across the website).
* Maintain new vehicle inventory on the website including the creation of vehicle listings, the deletion of vehicles once sold, working with Lot Attendant to ensure all units have updated photos, and ensuring accurate information and pricing is always displayed.
* Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts to keep an accurate count on incoming and on lot vehicle models.
* Maintain an accurate up-to-date log tracking dealership demo vehicles and their status.
* Coordinate with external vendors when brand-related merchandise or promotional products are to be created such as banners, vinyl graphics, uniforms/apparel etc.
* Keep the sales team informed with new vehicle arrivals and their specifications.
* Assist team on a technology front including troubleshooting common issues and setting up computers for new hires.
* Assist management with administrative tasks and occasional filing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
