<p>The London District Catholic School Board has a reputation for excellence, with more than 4,500 employees working together to educate approximately 27,500 students at 44 elementary schools, 9 secondary schools and St. Patrick Adult & Continuing Education within Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties, including the cities of London, St. Thomas, Strathroy and Woodstock.The London District Catholic School Board is currently accepting applications for: <p> Computer Support Technician <p>Catholic Education Centre, London <p>Permanent Full Time 1.0 FTE <p>As a team member of the Innovative and Collaborative Technology Services Department, the Information and Communication Technology Services Support Technician provides a variety of services, support and training for schools to ensure that the technology needs of the schools staff and students are met. <p>Education and Experience required: Minimum three-year Computer Systems Technology Diploma or equivalent<p> Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification<p> A+ and/or Network+ certification<p> At least two years experience working in a role supporting information and communications technology and infrastructure<p> Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience working in a K to 12 school environment preferred<p> Ability to maintain the confidential nature of the position<p> Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills <p> Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a cooperative team<p> Must have a valid Ontario drivers license (Full G License) Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Permanent Salary: $28.19/hour <p>Application must include: Apply to Education Portfolio, cover letter and resume, documented proof of qualification, and the names and contact information of three professional references, one of whom is your current supervisor. <p>The London District Catholic schools exist to provide an educational atmosphere which fosters and directs the spiritual, intellectual, physical, and social growth of all our students to enable them to live and contribute as responsible Catholics in any society.
