DescriptionCorteva Biologicals has an exciting opportunity for a Business Project Expert (Biologicals), serving the global organization. Under the direction of the Business Project Manager, the Business Project Expert will be responsible for managing and supporting project development for all business regions. You will participate in the day-to-day project development relationships with people from different Corteva teams to build long-term solutions to drive business excellence across the entire organization. The Business Project Expert will be responsible for the successful reporting of data structure, content, quality, analysis, execution, and implementation of projects and platforms to monitor, support, and improve our business performance. The Business Project Expert manage processes within long-term business projects and collaborate with key business stakeholders reporting to Global and Subsidiaries Sales & Marketing Leaders, Commercial Expansion Leaders to support the needs of the business. Responsibilities * Provide and validate internal data, analysis, processing, visualization, modeling, and quality assurance processes for long-term project and business solution development. * Identify and implement the best long-term project development practices to ensure a logical and sustainable project completion process for Corteva. * Collaborate and participate in long-term project management discussions with the Business Strategy Data Leader and Business Project Manager to support the Global Sales, Marketing, and Agronomy Leaders, and the Commercial Expansion Managers. * Responsible for participating and supporting established priority projects to meet planned deliverables within deadlines, quality, and budget, while utilizing methodologies (PMI or OKRs) to discover unique ways to address project manage. * Conduct meetings and prepare reports regarding projects progress, collecting the main updates, learnings, roadblocks, risks, etc. * Work within a team environment to support the long-term project management needs of the organization while learning and sharing knowledge with your teammates. Develop a network of key stakeholders throughout the organization to drive information reporting and project development and implementation. QualificationsJob qualification * Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business administration (management), economics, marketing, or a related field. * Fluent English and Spanish are required. Other additional languages are differential. * Proven experience (3+ year of experience) in project management or OKRs management or a related role. * Ability to think strategically and work across teams / functions, facilitating conversations to bring alignment and confront tough issues. * Experience managing projects within a dynamic business environment, adapting to changing needs quickly. * Excellent project management skills, strong problem-solving, analytical skills and critical thinking. * Experience successfully influencing, negotiating, and consulting with internal stakeholders. * Ability to quickly learn the general context and what needs to be done to meet the deadline and delivery demands of projects, identifying risks that could impact the project deliverables or deadlines and proposing countermeasures to avoid or mitigate them.
