<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Our company is looking for a Service Dispatcher who would be Responsible for the efficient scheduling of technical resources and assignments, the Service Coordinator utilizes our field service program to coordinate, communicate, and effectively execute a daily plan that best meets client requirements.</p><p>This position is customer facing and must be able to always create a customer-centric experience that promotes our trusted brand within the marketplace.</p><p>The Field Dispatch will make sure all repairs and services are coordinated in the field and completed in a timely and professional manner</p><p>Aside from dispatching role will require support to other members of the office team.</p><p>Service Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities</p><p>• Answer a high volume of calls/emails, collecting accurate information of the customers needs</p><p>• Dispatch the appropriate service professionals to the job site</p><p>• Schedule service appointments as needed</p><p>• Invoice customers and help keep track of billing information, collect payment details as required</p><p>• Cultivate an accurate database of customer assets</p><p>• Follow up with the appropriate team member regarding parts required for return trips, keeping customers informed of delays</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><em>Must have Strong organizational skills </em></p><p><em>Must possess the ability to interact with customers in a professional and positive manner </em></p><p>• customer service experience - dealing with clients on the phone, by email / text / in person</p><p>• Good verbal and written communication in English</p><p>• Knowledge of Microsoft office and general computer skills</p><p><strong>Skills that would be beneficial </strong></p><p>• Previous service coordination / service dispatch experience</p><p>• Shipping / receiving</p><p>• Inside sales</p><p>*We are looking for quality people first and are willing to train the right candidate</p><p>Repair FORCE Corp is Calgary based service provider for Commercial Kitchen Equipment repair and maintenance Services to a wide variety of commercial customers<br />If you are looking for a welcoming team environment to put your skills and detail-orientated mindset to use, you've come to the right place!</p><p>We thank all applicants for their interest, but only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted</p></div>Company Description<div>To be a great company you need great people, self-motivated, skilled, passionate, adaptable individuals with innovative spirits.
