*TLC Pharmaceutical Standards Ltd. *specializes in the custom synthesis of complex organic compounds for use as reference standards by the bio-medical and pharmaceutical industries around the world. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers and the overall community by providing the highest quality reference standards that are accompanied by an extensive and complete certificate of analysis (COA).
TLC offers over 20,000 certified reference standards from stock and we add approximately 2000 new standards yearly. Our product line includes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), drug impurities, amino acid/peptide drug standards, metabolite standards, as well as their stable isotope labelled analogues.

*Major Responsibilities / Activities *
* *Certificate of Analysis (COA):*
Review, edit daily COAs based on raw data from AD lab.
Communicate with R&D and AD labs for daily COA technical issues.
Print, sign and upload COAs onto the inventory database.
Update product website information according to COA information.
Prepare extensive data packages when needed including structure characterization reports.
Prepare requirements for renewal COAs when needed.
* *Technical support:*
Assist and reply to customer technical questions about product quality.
Document customer complaint reports for sample quality issues.
Generate guidelines of standard answers for typical technical questions from customers.
* Customer data packages preparation
* And other duties as required.
*Qualifications / Competencies*
* Bachelor of Science degree with a major in analytical and/or organic chemistry.
* 2-5 years of experience as an analytical laboratory chemist is preferred.
* Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Experience and understanding of standard safety procedures for the laboratory.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, time management, and presentation skills.
* Able to interact efficiently and respectfully with group members.
* Proven ability to work independently with strong problem solving, organization skills.
* And decision-making skills with a quality of attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and strictly time-lined environment.
