As we continue to expand, we seek a driven *Sales Engineer* to join our dynamic team. If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy developing strong customer relationships, this could be your perfect role.
As a *Sales Engineer* at Sirius Controls, you will be critical in building and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be understanding client needs, providing technical insights, and offering tailored solutions that meet their specific project requirements. You will collaborate closely with our internal sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure the smooth progress of custom projects.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with potential customers and the outside sales team on complex technical projects to develop client proposals.
* Prepare and present sales proposals, including cost estimates and technical documentation.
* Interpret and analyze technical specifications, blueprints, engineering drawings, and documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and support effective decision-making.
* Provide technical support to customers, interpreting their technical requirements and offering appropriate product solutions.
* Assist the sales team by providing technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
* Provide training and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they can effectively use the solutions provided.
* Visit client sites to understand their environments and address their needs directly.
* Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by driving customer satisfaction and ensuring the technical feasibility of projects.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Electrical or Instrumentation Technologist / Journeyman Instrumentation
* 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
* Experience in CAD software.
* Project Management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with chemical injection or solar power systems is an asset.
