Job details
Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Organize buffets and banquets. Order supplies and equipment. Manage kitchen operations. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Clean kitchen and work areas. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Co-ordinate special events. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization. Determine the size of food portions and costs. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.- LocationCalgary, AB
