Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Warehouse. Tasks: Oversee operational logistics of the organization. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies. Arrange training for staff. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: More than 20 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
