\*Job Summary\* As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment by overseeing various administrative tasks and providing support to the team. \*Responsibilities\* - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation - Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners - Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed - Handle vendor management and maintain vendor relationships - Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees - Oversee team management activities and ensure efficient workflow - Assist in training development programs for staff - Participate in budgeting processes and expense tracking \*Skills\* - Proficiency in clerical tasks and office management - Experience with payroll processes is a plus - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively - Familiarity with vendor management practices - Knowledge of human resources procedures - Competence in training development initiatives - Understanding of budgeting principles and expense control
