Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Budgetary responsibility: 0 - $100,000. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Monitor staff performance . Supervise staff. Train staff. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS Windows. MS Word. Point of sale system.
