Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Compile data, statistics and other information. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Organized. Team player. Accurate.
