*Job Summary*
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks and providing support to the team.
*Duties*
*- Basic bookkeeping*
*- Basic knowledge of HR*
*- Knowledge of MS Office*
*- Knowledge of Styteline ERP*
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Oversee vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Assist in team management by coordinating schedules and meetings
- Support training development initiatives within the office
- Handle basic human resources tasks
- Maintain organizational systems to ensure efficiency
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in vendor management and clerical duties is advantageous
- Knowledge of human resources practices would be beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
