*Job Summary:*
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing budgets, meeting targets, overseeing the sales agency, and handling road sales/visits. You will be accountable for all results related to these duties and will play a key role in driving the company?s sales performance and market presence.
*Sales Strategy:*
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute revenue-related goals and metrics, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision and objectives.
* Commit to a minimum of 2-3 days per week on the road, with travel as necessary.
* Dedicate at least one day per week to telesales activities.
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop a cohesive strategy that integrates sales tactics with marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
* Participate in product management discussions to define offerings that resonate with target customers and address market needs.
* Drive the development of sales tools and retailer sales marketing.
* Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities for West Blvd Cannabis brands.
* Take ownership of achieving sales and costing targets, meticulously managing the budget created for this role.
* Provide mandatory weekly reporting on store visits.
* Ensure sales content for relevant sales channels is accurate and up-to-date.
* Forge strategic partnerships with key account stores to secure prominent West Blvd listings across a diverse range of retail groups, ensuring broad market coverage and visibility.
* Collaborate effectively with internal, national, and provincial teams to drive listings and volume, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and performance analysis as needed.
* Coordinate with retailers and growers on promotional opportunities, including in-store activations, while managing government board listings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal brand representation.
* Oversee product submissions with provincial boards, ensuring that all products are submitted in a timely and accurate manner to meet market deadlines and regulatory standards.
* Manage purchase orders (POs) and inventory, ensuring accuracy in order processing, timely replenishment, and effective inventory management to support sales and operational efficiency.
* Input and track purchase orders and inventory data in the company?s systems, ensuring precise and up-to-date records.
*Event and Marketing Opportunities:*
* Distribute requested materials to agency partners, fostering transparency, communication, and collaboration to drive mutual success.
* Assess and allocate resources to marketing opportunities that offer the greatest potential for brand exposure, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
* Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable ambassador for the brand, actively promoting West Blvd Cannabis to retailers, industry stakeholders, and consumers, building relationships, and driving brand loyalty.
*Sales Management:*
* Attend sales meetings to provide strategic insights, operational support, and performance feedback, ensuring alignment with sales targets, brand standards, and market positioning.
* Take ownership of samples and promotional tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing brand representation.
* Access suppliers as needed based on identified needs by senior management, cultivating strong relationships to support product innovation, quality assurance, and supply chain optimization.
* Demonstrate accountability for hitting targets and managing the budget, showing strategic foresight and performance excellence to maximize revenue generation and profitability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
