Lumia Group Contracting specializes in delivering high-end residential construction projects in the North Vancouver area. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced *Project Manager* to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our residential construction projects.
*Position Overview:*
The *Project Manager* plays a vital role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the overall project from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and client communication. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead the overall planning, coordination, and control of construction projects from start to finish.
* Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all objectives are met.
* Coordinate with on-site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure seamless project execution.
* Track project progress, identify potential delays, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
* Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
* Ensure all construction work complies with the BC Building Code, safety regulations, and design specifications.
* Oversee the use and integration of digital tools and software for project management.
* Manage project resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
* Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any on-site issues.
* Approve and process change orders and manage project documentation.
* Foster a positive working relationship with clients, trades, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a strong track record in high-end residential projects.
* In-depth knowledge of construction management, building sciences, and best practices.
* Strong understanding of the BC Building Code and relevant construction regulations.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
* Proficient in construction management software and digital tools.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
* Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation.
* Experience with Builder Trend is an asset.
* First aid training is an asset.

Pay: $33.00-$47.00 per hour
