*HVAC Sales Manager*
Join our team at Aire One KW Heating & Cooling, a reputable HVAC company dedicated to optimizing climate comfort for homes and businesses in Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and surrounding areas. We are seeking a dynamic, proficient and experienced Sales Manager with 3-5 years of HVAC Sales experience and minimum of 2 years of managerial experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing sales performance, managing teams, and achieving ongoing targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Conduct Daily Check-ins:* Regularly engage with the sales team on a daily basis to assess progress, provide support, and address any challenges or concerns.
* *Leading weekly Sales Meeting:* Lead the weekly sales meeting every Tuesday to review previous week's performance, set targets for the week ahead, and provide guidance on sales strategies.
* *Sales Training:* Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs covering various aspects such as product knowledge, objection handling, sales techniques, and processes. Continuously coach and mentor sales associates to improve their skills and performance.
* *Product Training:* Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure sales associates are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge and understand key features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
* *Liaison with Lead Generation Department:* Work closely with the lead generation department to optimize lead quality and quantity, ensuring the sales team has a consistent pipeline of potential customers to engage with.
* *Sales Growth:* Increase continuous improvement in sales performance, aiming to boost overall sales month after month. Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and overcome challenges.
* *Recruitment and Team Growth:* Assist in the recruitment process by identifying talent, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Contribute to the growth and development of the sales team by nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* 3-5 years experience in HVAC sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
* Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
