We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled communicator with a passion for assisting customers and providing exceptional service.
\*Responsibilities\*
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
\*Skills\*
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in INDUSTRIAL SALES - as must
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Strong data entry skills for accurately updating customer information
- Prior experience in customer service or Industrial sales is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
