Mediarama Studios is a leading media production company specializing in high-quality photography, videography, and marketing materials for real estate agents. We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in social media marketing but also comfortable being on camera to create engaging, real-time content for our growing audience. Key Responsibilities: -Instagram Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute Instagram growth strategies that align with our brand goals, including managing daily posts, stories, and reels. -Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (both in front of and behind the camera) that showcases our real estate media work and highlights industry trends. -On-Camera Presence:Be comfortable presenting on camera for Instagram videos and stories, providing insights, tips, and behind-the-scenes content. -Engagement & Analytics: Monitor audience engagement and make data-driven decisions to optimize our content and grow our following. -Visual Consistency: Ensure the Instagram feed is visually appealing and cohesive with our brand?s aesthetic. -Collaboration: Work closely with the team to develop fresh and innovative ideas that connect with real estate agents and industry professionals. Requirements: -Fluency in English: Must have excellent written and spoken English skills. -Comfort in Front of Camera: Confident, personable, and comfortable being on camera for video content. -Social Media Expertise: Proven experience with Instagram marketing, content creation, and growth strategies. -Creativity & Design: Strong eye for visual design, with the ability to maintain a cohesive Instagram feed. -Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred but not required): Understanding of the real estate industry and trends is a bonus. -Marketing Skills: Familiarity with social media analytics and growth tactics, and staying up to Job Type: Freelance Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Work from home Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Presentation skills: 1 year (required) * Content creation: 1 year (required) * Analytics: 1 year (required) Language: * English (required) Work Location: On the road- LocationToronto, ON
