Tasks: Maintain financial and production records. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: More than 20 people. Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service.
