*Construction and Maintenance Electrician (309A)* *IBEW Local 402 - Thunder Bay, ON* *About Us:* IBEW Local 402 is a well-established union representing skilled electrical workers in Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. We are dedicated to providing our members with excellent wages, benefits, and elevated working standards. *Position Summary:* We are seeking qualified Electricians with a 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician License to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety. This is a full-time position for an Electrician at IBEW Local 402 in Thunder Bay, ON. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. *Responsibilities:* * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings * Read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams * Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems * Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures *Qualifications* * 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician License * Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and regulations * Experience with hand and power tools for electrical work * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail and safety protocols * Ability to work independently and as part of a team *Benefits:* * Competitive wages (*$74.53 *wage package) * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, drugs and vision * Retirement plan * Job security and opportunities for advancement If you are a skilled electrician looking for a rewarding career with a strong union, we encourage you to apply.
