*The Opportunity ? Sales Account Manager (Skincare Brands)*
As the Sales Account Manager at High Street Maison, a curator and distributor of the world?s most innovative, high-performing, and 100% natural skincare brands, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and delivering results for our portfolio of products.
In this dynamic role, you will manage our diverse range of natural beauty brands, focusing on expanding sales, enhancing customer relationships and driving brand growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic initiatives, assessing account needs, and fostering strong partnerships by understanding the unique requirements of each retailer.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of new brand launches and distribution across Canada, as we continue to expand and evaluate new additions to our portfolio.
*The Responsibilities*
* Demonstrate best in class account management to maximize revenue and profit in alignment with company strategy?
* Successfully pitch, secure and launch new products and brands with new and existing retailers
* Research prospects across the country to build a sales funnel and create a pipeline of national, regional and independent partners ? focusing on spas, retailers and natural grocers specific to the skincare / cosmetics category
* Day-to-day account management of retail partners?
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to lead promotional, marketing and joint business plans
* Develop promotional strategies, presentations and events to maximize sales opportunities
* Negotiate programs and agreements for accounts upon renewal?
* Prepare presentations, business reviews, and sales reports that identify areas for improvement and business opportunities?
* Monitor stock levels and jointly produce forecasts; reporting & tracking on a monthly basis?
* Gather and communicate competitive factors impacting the business (i.e. new competitive items, competitive promotions, etc.)?
*The Essentials*
* 2+ years of previous sales experience in a cosmetics, luxury goods, or spa business
* Must have experience working with at least one Canadian National Retail Account (Whole Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc)
* Proven success working in a sales environment and achieving sales targets and controlling costs
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
* Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint??
* Strong analytical skills
* Must be able to attend work in our Calgary office
*The Desirables*
* Experience in spa and / or cosmetic sales industry would be a great asset
* Solutions-based, out-of-the-box thinker
* Understanding of impeccable customer service
* Creative, outgoing, and dynamic
