Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Train staff. Cost products and services. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Maintain inventory of supplies. Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting . Food preparation. Supervision: 5-10 people. Food service counter attendants and food preparers. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register. MS Office. Point of sale system. Security and safety: Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
