As the Accounting Clerk, you will play an integral part of the Finance team by being responsible for supporting the overall financial operations of the business entities, properties, and assets included in the KDM Management group. You will support the finance team including property management expenditures and recovery for multiple properties. Your colleagues will depend on you to ensure financial transactions are processed on time and accurately. Your contributions to the team include: Monitor and respond to incoming communication from vendors and KDM Management staff and ensuring the proper review/approval of expenditures.
