Top Level Taekwondo is scheduled to open our 4th location this October in Waterloo Ontario!
Due to being a new business that is building it's clientele, we are able to offer 10 hours per week to start, however we anticipate increasing this in the coming months.
We are looking for ?Top Level? team members to join our Top Level Taekwondo Family. Our team is looking to hire an experienced and capable Customer Service Representative. This person will have a high level of responsibility and will serve as a key member of our team.
Top Level Taekwondo, first opened 9 years ago. Our company grew very quickly and expanded to a second location due to a high level of demand for our unique teaching style, blending cutting edge modern teaching methods with traditional martial arts elements and values. We take pride in providing the absolute best experience possible for all students and families that walk through our door.

*Role:*
As an Customer Service Representative, you will report directly to the owners and management. You will be an important part of our team, providing the highest level of customer service. You will be the first face clients see and have positive interactions with many families each day!
*Sales:*
One of the primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative is handling transactions and assisting clients with their memberships.
*Customer Communication:*
Communication is one of the most vital elements of great customer service. In addition to face-to-face interactions, the CSR will utilize communication platforms and reply to customers using emails, voicemails and other methods each day.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
Experience:
* Phone etiquette: 3 years (required)
* Sales: 1 year (required)
* Customer service: 1 year (required)
