\*Job Summary\*
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in a manufacturing plant office setting, ensuring smooth office operations.
\*Responsibilities\*
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Manage office documentation and maintain organized filing systems
- Utilize Sage for basic accounting tasks, perform data entry
- Handle production request for material,
- Maintain supplies inventory and place orders when necessary, file material in storage area
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
\*Qualifications\*
- Previous experience in a manufacturing office environment is preferred
- Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office Suite,
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
