Here, we have delicious full meals at low prices, free parking, a social club, continuing education, not to mention free coffee and smiles! <BR>We are currently looking for an Assistant to the Health Care Manager, permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, daytime from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and weekends as needed (in case of replacement).</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Administer medication according to safety principles and the code of ethics</li><li>Collaborate in maintaining the bond of trust with the families or loved ones of the residents as well as with the various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.)</li><li>Collaborate in the follow-up of the medical file, occasionally appointments and prescriptions of the resident</li><li>Contribute to the adjustment and development of the residents' intervention plan through their observations</li><li>Follow up on residents' medical files and prescriptions at the request of the doctor, pharmacist or CISSS</li><li>Record notes in residents' files in accordance with the requirements of the Order of Nurses and Auxiliary Nurses of Quebec (OIIAQ) and keep them rigorously up to date</li><li>Work closely with the Head of Health Services</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing</li><li>At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in nursing with a minimum of 1 year in administration</li><li>Member of the OIIAQ or the or OIIQ</li><li>Ease in the use of computer tools</li><li>Nursing Management Experience</li><li>Discretion and respect for confidentiality</li><li>Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Recognition program</li><li>Possibility of advancement</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>Stimulating challenges, up to your ambitions!</li><li>Free coffee, tea and herbal tea</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>
