Kinnect Support Services is a small business rapidly growing in the Social Services Industry searching for individuals who are passionate about the well-being and treatment people receive in our community. We work with Agencies to support youth and adult mental health, physical health, addiction, developmental delay, and disability needs. Kinnect Support Services provides for Community Agencies who require staffing assistance in providing care and treatment for their programs.
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. This is someone highly motivated and passionate about helping those in need. They are skilled in acquiring new companies for Kinnect Support Services to work with. They have great people skills, a go-getter personality, and are always looking for new opportunities to expand the business.
*Responsibilities:*
* Identify and create relationships with new clients and build customized packages based on their needs
* Identify new services and ways to make Kinnect Support Services attractive for potential clients
* Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
* Present our company to potential clients
* Build and deepen relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins
* Expand existing business with clients
* Serve as main point of contact within Kinnect Support Services to ensure client satisfaction and renewals
* Negotiating contracts in the best interests of clients and organizations
* Guide and write content for support materials like webpages, community presentations, and marketing material
* Handle escalated client issues and resolve them in a professional and timely manner
* Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen reoccurring issues
* Performing administrative tasks such as creating contracts, completing client specific paperwork per their protocols
* Helping to train new employees in company procedures
* Maintaining a working knowledge of industry regulations and remaining current on the industry standards and new materials and processes
* Perform other duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*
* 2+ years of experience in a Social Services setting required
* 3+ years of experience in a managing or supervisory role required
* Self-motivated and driven by sales
* Ability to network to and negotiate with Community Agencies
* Strong leadership skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced environments
* Knowledge of the most common and most recent industry best practices
* Exceptional phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Exceptional written communication skills
* Organizational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts at one time
* Time management and multitasking skills to transition among client accounts easily
* Ability to deliver engaging presentations
* Problem-solving abilities
