*Job Description *
Hardy Services is looking to hire a part-time administrator at our Paradise Hill office, that is a highly motivated individual, energetic, positive attitude, professional, with strong reception skills. This person should be fluent in accounting and be willing to learn about the concrete, aggregate, and heavy equipment industry. This position includes duties in safety administration, reception, and accounting. We offer 3 days per week, with benefits.
*Job Skills and Qualifications *
* Business Admin Diploma or equivalent, with 2 years accounting experience
* Experience with Safety software, policies and procedures
* Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting is required
* Familiar with invoicing portals such as Open Invoice, Cortex, and Pandel
* Knowledgeable in a computerized work environment, Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)
