Our group is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team out of our CanadaOne Dealer Services location.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workplace culture.
* Support all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, training, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
* Assist with workforce planning and employee development to ensure alignment with our service excellence standards and operational needs.
* Foster a positive work environment that supports team collaboration and professional growth.
* Maintain HR documentation for the organization
* Handle staff inquiries with the support of the HR Manager and executive team
* Travel to dealerships and newly acquired dealerships
* Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in Canada, with a strong understanding of Canadian labour laws and employment standards.
* Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
