If you are someone who loves challenges, who can juggle customer calls while making a perfect cup of coffee, we want to meet you!</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support our valued customers from Ontario and Western Canada with patience, good humor, and efficiency.</li><li>Take orders and ensure that every detail is well taken care of.</li><li>Provide administrative support for internal teams, field representatives, and customers.</li><li>Work closely with our internal teams and sales representatives on the road.</li><li>Develop necessary methods and policies for the smooth functioning of the company and to improve internal customer service.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Are Looking For in You:</strong></p><ul><li>Bilingual French/English, you are comfortable in both languages. She also has a strong ability to quickly grasp issues, establish clear timelines, react urgently to meet objectives within prescribed deadlines, and closely monitor the progress of changes.</p><p>Organized, efficient, an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, integral, a motivator, and able to create a stimulating work environment, she has a great aptitude for making the right decisions. A natural leader, autonomous, and very dynamic, she demonstrates creativity. Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English, as well as mastery of MS Office and the internet, is essential.</p>
