As a Shipper-Receiver reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll ensure efficient service, maintaining up-to-date inventory. Responding to internal customer requests, you'll play a vital role in the department, providing fast and efficient service, tracking inventory, and optimizing the distribution of received equipment.
*Main responsibilities:*
* Coordinate rental and replacement requests;
* Manage courtesy requests, allocate contracts, oversee tool rental, and handle demos;
* Support P21 order resolutions, collaborate for approvals, and acquire proof of insurance;
* Facilitate pre-delivery calls, ensure system updates, and archive documents;
* Assign and transfer equipment, prioritize preparation for rental requests, and monitor statuses;
* Process daily cyclical and end-of-lease billing, manage returns, and renew Certificates of Insurance;
* Communicate with "owner" and "tenant," prepare sublease agreements, and collect necessary information;
* Diligently monitor various portals and conduct checks for enhanced customer account information;
* Identify order for transports, grant carrier requests, and create Freight Purchase Orders;
* Review and authorize carrier invoices, contact customers for delivery coordination;
* Manage dedicated transportation from Toronto to Quebec and dealer network.
*Experience and skills sought:*
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
* Good knowledge of industrial parts;
* Experience in the industrial equipment or machinery sector is an asset;
* Proficiency in the Office suite and ERP systems is an asset;
* Hard-working, versatile, and motivated;
* Organizational skills, rigorous, and meticulous;
* Good physical condition and manual skills;
* Quick learning ability;
* Customer service skills;
* Sense of organization and discipline;
* Autonomy and resourcefulness.
