As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire Outside Wholesaler & B2B Sales Representative who will be responsible for online marketing activities through various wholesale and B2B channels, to achieve the annual and monthly goals; This role will also be tasked with working closely with Sales & Marketing team and other cross functional team (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Accounting, etc) to track goals in order to maintain sustainable growth
*Job Description:*
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the B2B sector. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
* Identify and engage with potential clients within the furniture industry.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to maximize revenue.
* Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure client needs are met.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Track and report on sales performance and market feedback.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture or related industry.
* Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
