Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Construction. Various locations. Tasks: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Operate machines and equipment. Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Develop and implement quality control programs. Repair roofing systems. Plan and organize daily operations. Evaluate daily operations . Supervision: Working groups. Cladders/siding installers. Contractors. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Working at heights training. First Aid Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Overtime required. Fast-paced environment. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Organized. Efficient interpersonal skills. Judgement. Values and ethics. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
