We are looking to hire for full time lawn care and on call snow removal positions. Tasks include grass cutting, trimming, weeding, cultivating flowerbeds. Fall cleanups and Snow clearing- hand shoveling, snow blower and operating truck plows. Our jobsites are located throughout the *City of Winnipeg* and the immediate surrounding areas. *Basic Requirements* · Physically fit, able to lift up to 60lbs. · Willingness to work outdoors in a range of conditions - Operation of various lawn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers and hand tools and light equipment - Performing general lawn care maintenance - Required to complete repetitive tasks - Debris pick up - Other duties as assigned · Steel-toed boots, Hard hat & hi visibility work vest required *Skilled Labourers* All of the above PLUS - Driving a truck and trailer -Previous equipment experience-truck plow, skid steer, front end loader *All eligible applicants must:* - Possess a positive working attitude - Be able to work full time hours - Be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn -Attention to detail - Work well on a team - Accept direction and instruction from Foreman or Management -Comply with the company safety program - Be physically fit to perform landscape labor- able to lift 60lbs or more - Be prepared to work long days outdoors - Have clean drivers abstract - Have a valid class 5 drivers license and have reliable transportation to and from our shop Wage is negotiable based on experience level; experience is an asset but not required. Willing to train and develop skills. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $16.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 50 per week Experience: * Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Class 5 Licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationWinnipeg, MB
